Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 170C/ 150C fan.
Step 2
2. Whip up egg whites and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
3. Add shredded coconut and mix to combine. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4
4. Roll balls or use an ice cream scoop to create 10 balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
5. Let cool before eating.
