Instructions
Step 1
Beat the butter, eggs, sugar and flavourings together in a bowl until light and fluff.

Mix in the flour
Step 3
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes
Step 4
Put on a greased and lined baking tray, bake at 180Β°c fan for 12-15 minutes
Step 5
Leave to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Step 6
