Instructions
Step 1
Add flour, sugar and butter to a bowl and rub together between your fingertips.
Step 2
Add flavourings to dough or divide mixture to make a variety of flavours.
Step 3
When the mixture looks crumbly, squeeze it together to make a ball.
Step 4
Pinch off lumps of dough and roll into small ping pong sized balls.
Step 5
Place the balls onto a baking sheet, leaving space for them to spread. Press flat using a fork.
Step 6
Bake at 170°C for 15-20mins.
