Instructions

Step 1
Pour milk into a pot on medium heat to 120 degrees, stirring constantly. Pour in vinegar and you will see it curd immediately stir for 30 seconds then put on lid and let cool for 15 minutes. Use a spoon or strainer with cheese cloth to remove the curd Use cheese cloth to squeeze out the extra whey out. You have a ball of cheese. Put into microwave for 30 seconds then stretch and fold, you will do this twice. This is also when you add your salt and herbs till nice and smooth. Set into an ice bath for 15 minutes. Serve with olive oil and pepper or on a pizza
