Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, cook the Berries and Syrup for 5-8 minutes until beginning to break down.

2. Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until the desired consistency is reached (use a hand mixer or immersion blender for a longer amount of time for a more jelly-like consistency).
Step 3
3. Stir in the Chia Seeds until completely combined, pour the mixture into an airtight storage and refrigerate for at least 1 hour without the lid. NOTE: Jam will thicken as the mixture cools.
Step 4
4. Affix the lid and keep refrigerated when not in use up to 9 months.
