6 Tbspchia seeds
1 cupfrozen berries
1 cupwater
0.5lemon juiced
2pitted dates
1mango
can sub for frozen
4 Tbspcoconut yogurt
nuts
fresh mint
optional
1 Tbspcoconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, add the dates, berries, water, and lemon juice and blend until perfectly smooth.
Step 2
To a bowl, add the chia and liquid and stir well. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
Step 3
Chop and mash the mango. Stir in some mint leaves.
Step 4
Build in a jar in the following order: mango purée, chia pudding, coconut yogurt, nuts and coconut flakes.
