Pesto Chicken Sheet Pan Pizza
This Pesto Chicken pizza has been my go-to for those busy weekdays and it’s a family favorite, not to mention it’s really easy to make. I buy the dough and pesto from Costco. I always have the dough in the fridge, it’s one of my favorites aside from my homemade which you can find on my page.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a sheet pan, place the dough in the sheet pan. Cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Let pizza dough stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 2
2. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top of the dough. Gently press the dough into the oiled pan. Press the dough until it fills the whole tray.
Step 3
3. Spread the pesto on top, followed by the mozzarella cheese, grilled and diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onions and lastly add more cheese on top.
Step 4
4. Bake the pizza for about 25 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Step 5
5. Once out of the oven, Top the pizza with fresh basil and some grated Parmesan cheese, if desired and enjoy!!!
