Three Tiers - Chocolate Cake 6x eggs = 3 tier 6” cake = 1.5l of batter (water in Tins) 9 eggs = 2 Tier cake, 2x 8” tins + 2x 6” tins (2l + 250ml of batter / water in tins equivalent)

Pre heat oven to 180C and line x3 8in round tins
