Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Cut biscuits into 6-8 pieces.
Step 3
Place in a greased, 8x8 inch pan.
Step 4
Brown sausage on stove and drain.
Step 5
Spread over biscuits.
Step 6
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Pour over sausage and biscuits.
Step 8
Sprinkle both cheeses over the top.
Step 9
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until egg is cooked.
Step 10
Let sit 5 minutes.
