Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except the water in a food processor Once all ingredients are become crumbly, almost like a dry sand texture, start adding cold water, tablespoon by tablespoon until the mixture forms into a big ball.
Cut the dough into two portions. Roll each ball out thinly on parchment paper Use a pizza cutter to cut them into squares
Use a chopstick or straw to poke a hole in the middle (optional)
Bake at 375 for 17 minutes or until golden
