Instructions

Step 1
Beat the sugars and butter together until light and fluffy, aprox 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add eggs one at a time on low speed until just combined.
Step 3
Stir together flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Add ot sugar mixture at low speed until just combined.
Step 4
Add oats, chips, and nuts until combined.
Step 5
Scoop into 8 ounce balls onto a baking sheet and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350. Place the balls on a cookie sheet with a parchment paper or silpat and bake 15 to 17 minutes until slightly soft on top. Remove and leave on the pan for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool. This will produce a crispy cookie that is soft inside.
Step 7
Put the excess cookie dough in the freezer until you need more. Bake from frozen for 18 to 20 minutes.
