Cook your favorite pasta in a pot of boiling water

Melt Butter in a medium sauce pan

Add flour and mix until well combined

Add milk and mix until it starts to thicken

Add the cheese to the mixture and stir until melted

Drain pasta and place in a casserole dish

Add your cheese sauce to the pasta and stir

Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top
