Step 1
Cook 1 cup ground turkey over chili oil and garlic. Add chili flakes and brown sugar. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Chop romaine lettuce and mix with 1 cup brown rice. Top with ground turkey, shredded carrots, pickled onions, green onions, chopped peanuts and sesame seeds. Add sesame oil and coconut aminos for moisture.
Step 3
Wash and dry romaine leaves in whole. Add mixture to lettuce boats and top with sesame seeds and green onion.
