Step 1
Mince the pickle.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

Cut the onion into slices approx. 1 cm thick.
Step 4
Heat the oil over a medium heat.
Step 5
Place the onion slices in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry for approx. 2-3 mins. until lightly browned.
Step 6
Drizzle over the honey and turn the onions.
Step 7
Season again with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8
Drizzle over the other half of the honey and turn the onions again.
Step 9
Place a slice of cheese on top of each onion and allow to melt for approx. 1-2 mins.
Meat patties
Step 10
Roll the minced meat into 2 balls and then flatten by hand.
Step 11
Heat the oil over a medium-high heat and place the patties in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 12
Then spread the mustard on both patties and fry the patties for approx. 1-2 mins.
Step 13
Turn the patties and season again with salt and pepper. Fry for 1-2 mins.
