Instructions

Caramelized onions

Step 1
Slice the onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion slices. Fry for about 2min stirring occasionally. Then season with pepper. Fry for another minute.
Step 3
Drizzle on the honey. Stirring occasionally, let the onions caramelize for about 2min.

Beef patty

Step 4
Form the meat into a ball which you then squeeze with your hands as flat as possible. The patty should have a diameter of about 15cm, because it gets smaller during frying.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty. Season with salt and pepper and fry for about 2min. Then flip and season again. Press the patty flat as it will shrink in size. Finally place the cheese slices on top and let melt for about 2min.

Wrap

Step 6
On a tortilla wrap put a plate with a diameter of about 12cm and cut out a circle.
Step 7
Spread the center of the whole tortilla wrap with BBQ sauce.
Step 8
Place the salad, patty, caramelized and fried onions in the center of the tortilla wrap.
Step 9
Top the center with the smaller tortilla wrap.
Step 10
Now fold the large tortilla wrap around the small one.
Step 11
Then toast the wrap in a pan on both sides until the wrap is crispy and golden brown.
