Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C. Stab the sweet potato with fork a number of times. Drizzle with oil and salt. Wrap up in alu foil and roast in the oven for 1 hour.
Open the foil after 1 hour, slice open and roast for 15 minutes so the top gets crispy
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk the tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic with salt, adding a bit of water to achieve desired consistency
Step 3
Once the potato is ready, remove from oven and squish open carefully. Add butter and let it melt. Then pour over the tahini, chili crisp, sesame seeds and spring onion.
