Lemon Dill Salmon and Rice

Instructions

Step 1
If salmon has skin, place skin side down in baking sheet
Step 2
Cover with lemon juice
Step 3
Add Dill and coarse salt to taste
Step 4
Bake in pre heated oven for 20-35 minutes at 425-450 degrees depending on your oven
Step 5
Cook rice in pressure pot with goya seasoning for 3 minutes on high. Let natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release
Step 6
Remove salmon once fully cooked and beginning to crisp at edges.
