50mlmilk

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan).

2. Roll out the pastry dough and transfer it to the baking tray covered with parchment. Evenly spread the cream cheese in the center, shaping it into a round while leaving approximately 2 inches of space from the edges.

3. Assemble the broccolini, tomatoes, and salmon on the cream cheese, then fold the edges.

4. Brush the pastry with egg wash.

5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme leaves until combined, then pour in the center of the galette.

6. Sprinkle the dough with everything bagel or sesame seeds and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.
