No Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars

Instructions

Step 1
Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper so that the paper goes up the sides.
Step 2
Blend the pretzels until crushed or finely crushed (your preference).
Step 3
Add melted butter, pretzels, powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter to a large bowl and mix with a rubber spatula to combine.
Step 4
Press firmly into the prepared pan. This is easily done with a piece of parchment paper in-between your hands and the bottom layers of these bars.
Step 5
Place chocolate chips and the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 30 second increments stirring in between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Pour this over the bars and spread evenly with a spatula.
Step 6
Chill for 1 hour or longer to set.
Step 7
Slice into bars. Keep covered and store in the fridge.
