Instructions

Step 1
Divide the yoghurt between 2 small bowls then mix in the crushed biscuit.
Step 2
Spread melted Biscoff over the yoghurt, optional to sprinkle with extra biscuit.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals so it doesn’t burn. Pour over the biscoff and swirl the bowl until it covers the top.
Step 4
Freeze for 10-15 minutes or until chocolate has set.
