THICC HIGH PROTEIN PUDDING POT 💫 Ngl I had no idea exactly what to name this one… (chocolatey biscoffy pot of gold) ?? But it’s fine cos all you really need to know is that it’s DELICIOUS. Breakfast, snack or dessert - this can happily be them all 🤝 ▫️ 15g cacao powder ▫️ 30ml water ▫️ vanilla flavdrops ▫️ 200g thick yoghurt ▫️ 1 Weetabix biscuit ▫️ 1 tbsp biscoff spread ▫️ 1/2 tsp coconut oil ▫️ Lotus biscuit, to crumble To make the chocolate ‘pudding’, mix the cacao powder and water well until smooth. Follow with your sweetener of choice, I use vanilla flavdrops, then the yoghurt. Crumble in a weetabix biscuit and mix. This will gradually soak into the pudding and make it super thick. Melt the biscoff and coconut oil in the microwave, then pour on top. Place in the freezer for 10+ mins before serving. ENJOY! 🤍 . . . . .

Instructions

Step 1
To make the chocolate ‘pudding’, mix the cacao powder and water well until smooth. Follow with your sweetener of choice, I use vanilla flavdrops, then the yoghurt.
Step 2
Melt the biscoff and coconut oil in the microwave, then pour on top.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for 10+ mins before serving.
