Valentine's Day Yogurt Bark

This yogurt bark concept came about for Galentine's Day (because it's adorable!) but it's also great for the ovulatory phase year-round. I can't totally decide if this should be a dessert, snack, or breakfast - so I will categorize it as all of the above because that's how I treat it. But also, since this was made for Galentine's Day, I wanted to take a second to talk about the importance of friendship on both hormone and mental health! The negative health impact of loneliness is on par with obesity, lack of physical activity, and even smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day. On the flip side, being surrounded by people you love triggers the release of oxytocin, a happy hormone that reduces stress levels and contributes to overall well-being. So go shower your friends with love —it's not just heartwarming, it’s life-saving!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl, then pour it onto a tray lined with parchment paper, and spread evenly across the tray (around 1/4th inch high).
Step 2
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave by heating it for 20 seconds at a time, stirring between cycles. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the yogurt, using a knife or chopstick to swirl the chocolate into the yogurt, creating a marble effect.
Step 3
Thinly slice the strawberries (if you're up for it, slice them like little hearts) and add them to the yogurt.
Step 4
Put it in the freezer and let it cool for at least 2 hours. Break into smaller pieces and enjoy!
