A meatloaf filled with spices and greens and layered with sliced beets.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all everything except beets and greens in large bowl until thoroughly combined and set aside.
Step 2
Prep beets by cleaning, skinning, and slicing to approx 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3
Prep greens by washing thoroughly (normally there's a lot of sand so do this step thoroughly). Then chop up which is easiest to do in ribbons though you can mince if you like.
Step 4
Mix greens into meat mixture.
Step 5
In your loaf pan, put half the near mixture in and pack down.
Step 6
Layer the sliced beets on top of the meat layer you just put in.
Step 7
Add the remaining neat mixture on top if the beets.
Step 8
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 40+ minutes until internal temp is 165 degrees
Step 9
Once at temp, pull out of oven and let cook for 10 minutes then cut and serve
