In a skillet over medium high heat, begin browning your ground beef

Once cooked, add taco seasoning and mix

Add rotel can and mix

Cube your velveeta cheese and add that to the meat mixture. Mix until melted

Grease a 9x12 baking dish

Add your cooked meat mixture to the dish

Top with tater tots. Try not to have them overlap

Bake for 30 minutes
