Instructions

Crust

Step 1
Melt butter and stir in other ingredients until golden brown. Put in oven for 2-3 minutes (in flan dish)

Filling

Step 2
Mix together yolks, condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour over base.

Meringue

Step 3
Beat whites with 2 tsps of sugar. Fold in the rest of the sugar with a metal spoon.
Step 4
Bake on Gas Mark 3 (160 degees, 140 degrees fan) for about 30 minutes.
