Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop smoked salmon, mini cucumber, and a small amount of red onion. Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional). Mix well.
Step 2
Place some rice on plastic wrap. Add smoked salmon mixture on top. Gather plastic wrap to shape into a ball.
Step 3
Optionally, roll in gim flakes and sesame seeds for extra flavor. This simple yet unique smoked salmon rice ball is done!
