Instructions
Step 1
Wash rice in cold water until it runs clear, drain
Step 2
Add to the cold water then bring to the boil
Step 3
Simmer for 10 mins stir twice
Step 4
Once cooked test, add boiling water if required then leave to stand for 15 mins with the lid on
Step 5
Place rice into bowl and mix in rice wine vinegar, leave to cool at RT for about 30 mins whilst prepping veg
Step 6
Add red peppers. Carrot, cucumber, peppers, mouli, prawns, spring onion and smoked salmon as fillings. add smoked salmon to small pot in cling film, place rice on top and press flat with a second pot.
