Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. whirl eggs, flour, and milk in blender. Preheat baking dish (flat glass or cast iron) with drippings in it until it and the drippings are very hot. Pour in mixture and bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
