Instructions
Step 1
Freeze bowl and beater for at least 15 minutes
Step 2
Mix together all dry ingredients. Set aside
agar agar1 tsp
freeze dried strawberry powder¼ cup
powdered sugar1 cup
Step 3
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, or using a large mixing bowl and hand mixer, whip the heavy cream on medium speed until it thickens slightly.

Step 4
Sprinkle in the powdered mix. (I recommend folding it in at first to avoid a cloud of powder)
Step 5
Continue beating at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 6
Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until needed. This can be made up to 2 days in advance. Enjoy!
