Ingredients

1Oranges
2 lbboneless chicken thighs
½ cuporange juice
½ cupsilan
date molasses
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspcorn starch
avocado oil
3 Tbsptap water
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the chicken thighs and dice to medium cubes
Step 2
Halve the orange. Use one half to make thin slices and juice the other half
Step 3
Heat up oil in a deep pot. Fry the chicken cubes for a few minutes until brown.
Step 4
Add the orange juice, silan, soy sauce and orange slices
Step 5
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Step 6
In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch with water. Add two tbsp from the pot and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the corn starch mix back to the pot and mix well. Cool for 2 more minutes.
