mango vanilla chia pudding 🥭

mango & vanilla chia pudding 🥭( serves 2 ) 280g mango 1 tbsp maple syrup 400ml almond milk (or plant milk of your choice) 100g chia seeds 4 tbsp vanilla vegan yoghurt method: blend 200g of your mango with your milk and maple syrup. then pour into a bowl and stir through the chia seeds and 2 tbsps of the yoghurt. leave this for 10 minutes to thicken up stirring it every once in a while. then pour into jars or a storage container with the extra yoghurt and mango on top! enjoy 🥭🥭

Step 1
Blend 1.5 mangoes with milk and maple syrup

Pour into a bowl with 2 tbsps of yogurt, leave for 10 minutes to thicken (stirring occasionally)
