Ingredients

400gOats
blended

150gEgg Whites

260gCourgette
grated

20gCoconut oil

1 tspbaking powder
Zero Maple Syrup
1 use it from MyProtein but you can use regular and adjust the calories accordingly

50gchocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the blended oats, baking powder, salt, egg whites and no cal syrup and mix well.
Step 2
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and then add it to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Fold in the grated courgette and add the chocolate sauce. Mix to combine
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a baking tin.
Step 5
Bake at 200C for 45 minutes or until it is cooked through.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate chips with some water in the microwave and pour on top. Allow to set.
Step 7
Cut into 10 slices
