Instructions
Step 1
Put the potato, the broccoli and the mushrooms in a non stick pan , cook them for about 5 to 8 minutes
Step 2
Add the mix and spread it in a baking pan . Cook for 12-15 minutes in 180°C
Step 3
Take the pan out of the oven and make two holes for the eggs . Break the eggs in the holes. Put the pan back to the oven and cook for about 5 minutes more.
Step 4
Before you serve spread the mizithra (or feta if you can't find this cheese) all over the mix. Add some pepper and you are ready to go!
