Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a muffin tin with liners.

2. Whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon).

3. Whisk together the wet ingredients (melted butter, honey, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla).

4. In a small bowl, mix the 1/2 tbsp additional flour with the berries to coat them.

5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry using a spatula. Mix until combined. Add the blueberries and fold in until combined.

6. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin. Batter makes 12 muffins. Sprinkle the raw sugar evenly over the muffins.

7. Bake for 17-18 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
