Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C).
Step 2
2. In a baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and a halved head of garlic.

Season with olive oil, salt, sugar, and thyme. Roast for about 30 minutes.

After roasting, the garlic cloves can be easily mashed into a creamy consistency.

3. In a blender, crumble the feta cheese, then add Greek yogurt, olive oil, the garlic cream, and thyme. Blend until a smooth cream forms.
Step 6
4. Transter the whipped feta cream to a bowl, top with the roasted tomatoes, and optionally, squeeze some of the tomatoes. Serve with bread.
