Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the off the peel of the oranges and lemons, and cut the oranges and lemons in half. Chop the ginger in small pieces.

2. Put oranges, lemon, ginger, turmeric, chilli, honey and water in a blender and blend till smooth.
Step 3
3. Strain the mixture.
Step 4
4. Take a shot every morning before your breakfast.
