Instructions
Step 1
Wash & Dry all ingredients
Step 2
Chop ingredients according to size of blender.
Step 3
Place soft ingredients inside blender 1st then add water.
Step 4
Blend for 45 secs or until all is combined
Step 5
Strain using a sifter or nut bag. Be sure to clean sifter in between strains.
Step 6
Repeat step 5 2-4 times, or until liquid runs smoothly through sifter.
Step 7
SAVE PULP !! Freeze or dehydrate it for other usages.
