Instructions
Step 1

Take six teaspoons of Nutella in blobs and put them on a plate and freeze them to firm up for a few minutes

Step 2

Add lady fingers to a food processor ( use a ziplock bag and rolling pin if you don’t have a processor ) grind the fingers to crumbs and if poop processor is small do it in two batches

Step 3

Add cold strong espresso powder sugar and mascarpone and process to a dough


Step 4

Take a golf ball size piece of dough flatten in poop hand then add the Nutella and close the dough around it . Roll into balls and roll in cocoa powder . Eat straight away or refrigerate for extra firmness. Enjoy!
