Instructions
Step 1
Start by making the ladyfingers. If you want to make them by yourself, the recipe is on my community page :) You can also use ready-made ladyfingers if you donât have time!
Step 2
Put 300ml of liquid cream (with 30% fat) and the beaters of your mixer in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Once the 15 minutes are over, whip the cream into a whipped cream.
Step 4
Mix 250g of mascarpone and 50g of powdered sugar with the whipped cream.
Step 5
Lightly dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee.
Step 6
All that's left to do is to assemble it all! I made 3 layers of ladyfingers and 3 layers of cream.
Step 7
You can also add unsweetened cocoa powder on the top, it tastes sooo good!
