Step 1
Take 6 tsp of Nutella in blobs and place them on a lined tray or a plate and freeze for a few minutes to firm up .

Step 2
Add lady fingers to a food processor or add to a ziplock bag bag and grind until fine crumbs
Step 3
Add cold espresso powder sugar and mascarpone and process until it forms a dough.

Take a golf ball size piece then add the frozen Nutella to the centre then seal it closed and toss in cocoa powder . Eat immediately or keep chilled in the fridge . Enjoy !
