Instructions
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers ( 4 medium sized or two normal ) then slice down the middle and use a spoon to scoop out the watery seeds and slice them
Step 2
Add butter to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil then sauté the garlic for two minutes then add in the cucumbers and fry for 2 more minutes then squeeze the lemon on top

Add the cream with salt and lots of black pepper then let it simmer and thicken for a few minutes . Add the dill cook another minute and serve . You can eat this hot or cold either way it’s delicious
