BBQ Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken all over with the bbq seasoning. Bake in a airfryer for 23 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. When the chicken is cooked, remove and brush over the bbq sauce. Cut into small cube shapes. Leave to cool slightly.

Step 2
Whilst the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta in a large pan of salted water. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix together the ranch dressing and greek yoghurt set to one side.

Step 4
In a large bowl, add the dressing, bbq chicken, shredded lettuce, cooked pasta, sweetcorn, red onion, tomatoes, grated cheese and bacon bits. Toss until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
