Step 1
Cook and Shred the chicken (can use instapot or general stovetop)
Step 2
In a medium sauce pan, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, mayo, and ranch dressing seasoning. Heat over medium heat, stirring consistently.
Step 3
In a large saucepan, cook pasta based on instructions on package.
Step 4
Once pasta is done, drain. Then add sauce, shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with green onions
