Instructions
Cake
Step 1
Split the eggyolks from the egg whites.

Step 2
Cream the eggsyolks and sugar.


Step 3
Add milk and vanilla extract.


Step 4
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).

Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add the sugar.


Step 6
Combine the egg white and eggyolk mixtures.
Step 7
Pour the batter in a baking pan.
Step 8
Poke holes into the baked cake with a fork.
Milk mixture
Step 9
Combine the evaporated milk, whole milk and sweet condensed milk. Add vanilla.




Step 10
Pour the milk mixture over the baked cake. Chill overnight!
Whipped cream batter
Step 11
Mix the heavy cream, powered sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.


Step 12
Spread the whipped cream batter over the cake. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
