Instructions
Step 1
Start by preparing the rice according to instructions. If you’re making brown rice, this takes around 40 min so make sure to time the rest of this properly.
Step 2
In a pan over medium high heat add the butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and shrimp. Cook for 4 min, stirring often. Add chili powder and mix in, letting it cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 3
Remove the shrimp from the pan, then add another 1/4 tbsp of butter, 2 more cloves of garlic, and the white onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium high heat, until the white onion is translucent.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and pineapple to the pan
Step 5
Crack the 2 eggs in, and mix them into the rice. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha, and mix together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with green onion
