Instructions
Step 1
Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray or a little bit of olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Step 2
When pan is hot enough, add onions and bell pepper and sauté for about 30 seconds to a minute, just to soften them up a bit.
Step 3
Add shrimp and sauté until they start to turn pink but remain slightly translucent.
Step 4
Add pineapple, snow peas and green onions and continue cooking for about one minute.
Step 5
Add ginger and soy sauce and continue cooking for another couple of minutes.
