Prepare the Pizza Dough: In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: On the stove, carefully melt your butter and mix in minced garlic. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley. Set aside.

Prepare the Teriyaki Chicken Thighs: Marinate the chicken thighs in the Japanese BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

Prepare the Yum Yum Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and paprika. Add water to thin the sauce to desired consistency. Set aside.

Assemble the Pizza: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

Punch down the risen dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll or stretch the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness.
