Ingredients
2 servings
1 lbchicken thigh
with skin, cut into bite size
1 tspoil
1 Tbspsake
rice
Cooked, for two
4green onions
sliced
Marinade

Instructions
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients, and marinate bite-size chicken for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place chicken on the paper towel, and remove extra marinade.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients, and set aside.
Step 4
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add oil.
Step 5
Add chicken, skin side down, cook until golden brown. Flip, and cook another side until golden brown.
Step 6
Add 1 tbsp sake, cover the pan with a lid, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add sauce, boil the sauce, and then turn the low heat—coat chicken with the thick sauce.
Step 8
Put rice in a bowl, add chicken and sauce. Garnish sliced green onion on top.
