Yuzu Miso Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken with sake, soy sauce, and ginger for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook chicken by air fryer, 360F for about 20minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine all of the yuzu miso sauce ingredients.
Step 4
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add sauce, simmer until the sauce gets thickened.
Step 5
Add cooked chicken, and coat them with the sauce.
