Instructions
Step 1
In a large slow cooker add one pound of trimmed chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and chopped sun dried tomatoes.
Step 2
Pour two 15 ounce jars of your favorite Alfredo sauce over the seasoned chicken and place the lid on the slow cooker.
Step 3
Let the chicken cook on low heat for 4-6 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 4
As the chicken is just about finished cooking boil one pound of spaghetti following the directions on the package. Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker and cut it into cubes or shred it up with forks.
Step 5
Then add the cubed up chicken back to the Crockpot along with the cooked Spaghetti. Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/4 Parmesan and stir everything together.
Step 6
Top with dried parsley and more Parmesan cheese when serving
